Professional Information

I am a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where I earned a B.A. in Philosophy in 1985. I attended the T.C. Williams School of Law, at the University of Richmond, in Richmond, Virginia. I received my J.D. in 1989. I am admitted to practice in Virginia. Some students at T.C. Williams have founded a Law and Technology Association back at my alma mater. Excellent work, law "Spiders"!

Personal Information

I am married to Jennifer Stier, a beautiful, talented, witty, never to be sufficiently adored woman to whom I am forever indebted for my continued happiness. We were married in Alexandria, Virginia, on April 27, 1991.

I was born on May 20, 1963, in Petersburg, Virginia, a sleepy town of approximately 30,000 souls in south central VA. I enjoyed growing up in Virginia. Sometimes I miss the barbecue terribly - but those moments are far outweighed by my love of my new home in Colorado. I live in Evergeen, CO, a small town in the mountains west of Denver.
