Art
Sometimes during my semi-random meandering on the WWW I find an artistic piece that I enjoy. Music, prose, poetry, visual art, interactive art - all are out there waiting for you to come upon them.
The Burial of Count Orgaz by El Greco. I first saw this painting in Toledo, Spain, in 1991. I was on my honeymoon. I was moved by it then and am still moved by it now.
- Interactive Poetry and Art Gallery by Stephanie Cunningham.
- Chernobyl Poems by Lyubov Sirota. Ms. Sirota was a resident of the city of Pripyat which is only three kilometers from the famous nuclear power plant. The city, once home to over 50,000 souls, is now completely empty of people.
- The Sistine Chapel on-line.
